During your appointment
Â
At your face-to-face appointment, we take the time to understand your symptoms, health history, medications, lifestyle patterns, and what’s been getting in the way. Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, or medically supervised weight management, you’ll leave with clearer answers and a personalised plan that feels realistic and safe.
Assessment
Before your appointment, you will receive a detailed questionnaire to assess your health, medical history, and health goals. I will review your questionnaire before your appointment so we can hit the ground running!
During your initial consultation, we can discuss your concerns in detail, and if needed, I can order any relevant tests. If you have any recent test results, please email them before your appointment.

Goal Setting
Your treatment plan is built with you, not for you.
We’ll identify what matters most — whether it’s improving energy, managing perimenopause symptoms, understanding weight changes, supporting medical weight loss treatment, or reducing overwhelm.
You’ll leave knowing what to focus on next and why it matters.
Action Plan
My goal is to give you a clear, personalised plan that feels achievable — not overwhelming. We look at the medical, lifestyle, and behavioural factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, then outline practical steps you can start right away.
If medication is appropriate for your situation, we can discuss options in the context of your overall health and goals. Everything we do is guided by evidence, safety, and what works for you in real life.
Support and monitoring
A follow-up appointment is usually recommended four to 6 weeks after your initial consultation. This gives us time to review any test results, check your progress, and adjust your plan as needed.
If ongoing monitoring is helpful, we’ll decide together what that looks like — whether that’s regular reviews, periodic check-ins, or shared care alongside your usual GP.
With your consent, I’m happy to provide summary letters to your regular GP so your care stays coordinated and consistent.
